You really never know who’s watching. Take Sunglasses girl for instance. Way, way back in the flats there’s an old man with his eye on her. Jokes aside though there are two sides to this coin: on one hand the youngsters are safe under constant surveillance on the other hand the safety depends on who is surveying.

This book has been a life safe. From the idea of the city as paradise for the youngster runnig away to the systems he/she must conquer to survive then theres how the city sees the child which deals with scale and the senses. What a read for anyone interested in understanding the city from another angle.
